I think they had done a great job for singaporean workers ensuring that they enjoyed a good performance wages packages. Retrench packages, working for eldery, etc. -
I remembered when my previous company was conducting golden handshake, the chairman and representatives stayed in the company to coordinate and discussed every detail with the management. I must praise them for had carried out a good jobs at least for their fellows member and they are still working in the company to check and balance the management.

Ahem. Do u know that there is no minimum wage rate in Singapore meaning that any employer can pay u any amount he wants as long as its not against the contract u signed.

I think all unionist had done a great jobs for local singaporean worker, PR workers. Just wonder whether they cover foreigner workers. I think they should. Anyone can help to clarify? Appreciated.
