I was wondering..what happens IF WP wins PAP in AMK?
Will LHL have to step down as PM?
will the news affect LKY in anyway?

Not sure if WP will go to AMK GRC to contest.
LHL will still be PM even if WP wins AMK GRC. 2 different matters altogether mah.
I doubt so actually... that this will happen. PM Lee has a strong support in AMK.
But I must say the WP candidates are all quite pleasant with quite impressive resumes. My place there upgrading leh. If WP really wins, I wonder what will happen. -

But I agree that PM LEE will not lose in AMK. -
If AMK goes to WP, LHL will still be PM, just that he has to work even harder to reclaim the GRC in future.
IMHO, AMK grc will still be won by PAP, but it will be a close fight, though more eyes will be on aljunied if speaking about securing grcs. Upgrading wise, pap will keep their word, so will WP. Upgrading is for all to enjoy regardless of ruling party, though WP has made it clear that if you're only after upgrading, go ahead and vote PAP. -

Should Lee Junior lose, he and his entire team are OUT OF OFFICE. He will not be eligible for the position of PM and the govt will have to elect a new PM. Most likely SM Goh will step back as interim PM till a replacement is elected, likely to be Teo Chee Hean.
This applies to ALL ministers and office-holders for that matter. -

If at that time, the PAP is still the majority government, the next senior PAP member in the party will be the PM,simple as that. That's why we need to have people who can be PM at a snap of a finger, and not overtly rely on one personality.Probably Wong Kan Seng will be PM in that circumstance.. -

The truth is, AMK MPs have a lot to answer for.
The Public Bus Terminus is still under renovation (seem like forever with no end in sight), AMK Central is full of accelerated renovation works, no doubt spurred on by the coming elections. (Anyone visit S-11 food court recently? Just look at the construction barriers all over the area.)
And contrary to their claims, i have never seen any one of them walk the ground aside from the coming elections. Not Indejit Singh and certainly not Dr 'anti-podcaster' Sadasivan. -
