Opposition in Marine Parade GRC?

Anyone knows if the opposition parties will be contesting in Marine Parade?? Just found out that my estate belongs to Marine Parade and I don't want to miss out on this election again...
If the opposition don't contest here, does anyone know if I can change my address after nomiation day and vote in another constitunency? -
