Because the notices are taking up their advertisement space? I bet if crime library would pay them, they'll have color posters of missing people all over Singapore...

I respected all for the kind hearted and warm blooded in the way to find missing peoples. It's good to let singaporeans know that there are so many people missing in singapore. Even when foreigners looked at it will help to locate them. As small island 1st World Country, is it so difficult to locate a missing people. 
Unless they had feed the sharks. Will you like to have your house pasted with commerical sticker for tution providers, saloon, housing agents? If you allowed, let us know..
Will we be seeing MRT with lots of pastor on the wall and ended up, high maintenace fee to clear them? Does that mean that only by pasting the pictures of the missing one then they will be found?
If you are the governor, you wanted foreigners to know so many missing people in singapore everyday.? What will the foreigner investor think about it? They will have to put up poster to find their missing labours everytime? How many posters you wanted within the MRT's space?
There are many other means of finding loss peoples, must it be on the pastor? I might mistaken them as running election.
Think of other ways..like Radio, special TV programs...or even the police..I meant the real one..not the bang.. -
