  i propose, in order for the lower hierarchy of singaporeans to be representated, at least 2 MPs in a GRC must be staying in a HDB flat.

  GRCs have been growing in size, from 3 to 5 to 6. Can you imagine SMCs being absorbed into surrounding GRCs in future? Some time in the late future, it'll probably one mega grc, instant walkover.
