Three solutions:
(1) Outsource the less critical government services to save billions.
(2) Cut down on excessive manpower in all ministries and statutory boards.
(3) Manage all tasks with accountability, transparency with regular checks by independent panelists comprised Ombudsman citizens to avoid more and more uncessary wastages caused by mistakes or negligence of various top-civil servants, regulatory authorities, ministers, e.g. Major computerised booboo, Major power blackout, Nicol Highway, failed investments like Micropolis, CSM, Souzhou and all the other costly errors.
