We don't need the Election Dept to certify this fact. The Election rules should not be administered in such a way to disqualify potential candidates. -

NKF has become a national issue whereas CAO did not because the average citizen on the street donated to the NKF but only a fraction of them bought shares, let alone CAO shares. -
