  HK, already CityBus and NWFB merged 2 years back due to strong compeition from KMB. In fact, in 1998, China Motor Bus went burst due to service inefficency though there are 3 operators bidding for rts from the HK govt!

  You see, everyone finds being a cabbie can earn quite a decent amt... Now end up lots of taxis are not being rented out
  
  Mini Bus, not the heavy corridor they can serve. 1 example, Bt Timah condo areas like Chancery Lane to train stn maybe say Newton.
