‘Land costs’-Exemption- a privilege or a right?
If construction of costs of HDB flat is $50K- then what does govt do with all the spare money? ($150K)
I believe that ‘land costs’ should be returned to Singaporeans- through bigger subsidies- and not towards our leaders salaries…
As ‘sons of the land’- every Singaporean should be entitled to a small amt of land – so ‘land costs’ shouldn’t be included in the cost of HDB flat- (however- since the ‘land costs’ has already been practice for so long- then PAP should declare it’s profits from ‘land costs’ and put these monies into social development objectives.
Therefore-all Singaporeans deserve better subsidies from the govt.
