The Cat and Mouse Story. A Lesson.

  Do we really want a Big Fat Cat??
  or should we place some Mice and make it Exercise More?
  
  Put it simply, PAP had been a 'Big Fat cat',
  and was struggling to run out of a collapsing den.
  (911, china/global competition, etc)
  And we saw alot of government internal restructure etc etc.
  
  Are we going to keep it that way when the next global
  economy issue hit us in say 10-20 yrs time???
