there is no reason why hdb flats need to be sold at such a high price.
the interest rate is ridiculous too.
i dont believe one bit that the flats are subsidized. the 3-rm bedok flat that i am servicing now is of such low quality (old flats). at 143000 it is damn ridiculous, not to mention that stupid interest i have to service for decades. -
