Wah, so good with 100 million and 80 million for up grading if the ward have been taking care by opposition before. I better vote for opposition tomorrow and will get money and free upgrading 5 years later. WP, please come to my Tanjong Pagar GRC to contest, we need them to promise another 80 or 100 millions in the next GE 2011. -

if most ppl in hougang take it...and strongest opposition loses..that actually sends a clear and strong mandate to PAP, that we fully support whatever PAP do for the next 5 years...maybe even longer as it seems more like a vicious "carrot" cycle....
seems like the fate of our country for next few years or more depend on ppl in amk and hougang. -

wah lan eh! Eh seriously, if I was in charge of the money, i'd rather use the money to help the lower income families first. Cosmetic changes are not really that important, i mean, if you're the sole breadwinner and struggling to make ends meet, the last thing on your mind would be whether the lifts in your block stop at every floor or not...ccb it's blatant temptation, or even veiled threats these people are making. Throwing big sums of money around, hear liao also dulan....this election is splitting our country apart into GRCs and not SINGAPOREANS as a whole...your standard of living unfortunately depends on whether u live in a walkover constituency (not sure of spelling) or not...

The only upgrading that I am interested is the money in my wallet.
