Residents of Hougang & PP file a police report again PAP?

  Shouldn't residents of Hougang and Potong Pasir be filing a police report against the PAP for trying to bribe residents by using multi million dollars of taxpayers money into voting for the PAP? Any lawyers who can comment

  This is a very interesting proposition.
  
  The general rule I believe is you can initiate any issue provided you have very deep pocket. (I am not a lawyer, hence cannot give lawyer's comment).
