THAT old man........is he an asset or liability ?
Heard there are internal splits in who should call the shots.
If he goes on like that.....he will destroy what he has built.
Well thats the nature of things I guess. It happened in ancient Chinese dynasties. So not surprising if it happens here.

Depends on which areas. Economically and Country management. He is an assets... Political wise...

he's a liability ... he's starting to say things that's hurting his own side and embarressing to people .... like the time when he said " a phone call from downing street helped" when his wifey fell ill in london ? ... his ego's getting inflated with age ... and as much as he is responsible for what Singapore is today, economically, he's just not speaking the language of the young now ...
time for him to let everything go and retire to bask in the glory ... he's just whittling away at the reputation he's built every time he speaks .... -
