they will tell you why it is so, that they don vote for the ruling party.the town council that they are operating usually tell you that there will be an increase in fee for better service,etc.what they don understand is that they only want affordable services.
they also tell you that the better service being upgraded for public transportation,etc are for your own well being,without bearing in mind that the increase in prices here and there is seldom on par with wages being increased every year.
the votes they casted tell us directly that some things need to be change even at the cost of two less attractive housing estates,lower values in properties.they are the true blue blooded singaporean that is not shameful to be different for a cause.which is for the ruling party to know that even though they have done a good job,they can even be better for all singoprean as a whole package and not just for pap supporter.
they certainly will be looking forward for the parliment,when their mp who are being elected asking question when is the exact time table for their hdb flats to be upgraded with proof from hdb. -
