Can We Applied Flexible Wages System For All?

I strongly agreed that minimum wages system should works for all, regardless of industrial or ministeries, etc. It's should no be at applied to low wage workers solely. I strongly agreed that a acceptable minimum wage should be imposed.
For example, example only...maybe a production companies
Maximum wage maybe 50% above..so 5% a year can work for 10 year
a) General worker - $1500
Must be highly paid so that can obtain good performance and retain good people.
I heard on radio FM95.8 talking on this issue. Hopefully I do not speculate along the way as I write.
Minimum flexible increase 5% a year on basic minimum. To gain a jump in his minimum wage, he must go to the next higher level instead of current post.
I put on my "pig" thinking cap ..10 years time he will reach his maximum flexible wage. His job performance maybe is like that.
1st year handle 1 lathe machine
2nd year handle 2 lathe machines
3rd year handle 3 lathe machines
4th year handle 4 lathe machines
5th year handle 4 lathe machines plus 1 grinding machine
6th year handle 4 lathe machines plus 2 grinding machine
7th year handle ......

He will be able to get his maximum flexible wages..well done..

What if a FT is willing to work for $750 a month and able to do everything a local worker does? Company bosses will either employ FT. If prevented from doing so, they will move their factories to China and India, which is what's happening now.

The boss will definitely take the foreigner labour if his merc needed to be supported.. Only crazy people like me would employ singaporean because I loved singapore crazily...

Singapore does not required such enterprisers...many waiting to be their own boss here..

I think most of our dear forumer are high class people..walk using car..eat with no hand needed.. My observation on few domestic industries here had been relying on many foreigners.. In domestic industries, do we required foreigner in the first place..Yes, because the boss wanted to survive himself..don't you agree. Domestic industries are no providing any service or product to foreign countries..purely local..Why singaporean cannot do the jobs? Is it's most singaporeans are handicapped? Can a 1st World Citizen be worst then a 3rd World Citizen? If so..then let us be a 3rd World Citizen.. By engaging foreigner to do the domestic work which goes to certain premises..Are we sure that they are clean of all security issue?. I wouldn't allow a foreigner to come into my house even it is for the sake of check my chokage pipe or deliver cylinder gas..I rather have a singaporean to do it. Reason is very simple..a singaporean can be found easily, while any foreigners can be declared "vanished" anytime when thing really went wrong. Are we sure that they are qualified for the job...especially gas..it can be a lively "time bomb" after the servicemen went off.. Hence, if any boss that think that he required foreigner to keep his business alive by price cutting..I think is better for him to close his business, because he may be no doing a good for we singapore singaporean..
