HK Govt full sea view HQ

  HK$5.2 billion(S$1000 million or 1 b) for new HK government HQ
  at the site on right .The bldg was now PLA HQ in HK,formerly British force HQ.
  
  2.This new HQ in Central,(Chung wan),will provide full sea view of Victoria Harbour,of course, for 3000 civil servants .
  
  this is boss's choice.no more agrument.full stop.
  
  3.HK government agencies like full sea view,like
  
  
  HK Monetary Authority at 55 floor at one of the most expensive
  grade A office -- Two International Finance Centre!!
  
  
  
  4.In sg, HDB HQ and other offices have been critized for
  too luxuary.How new govt office will look like is a serious issue.

  In HK, the government is not elected by the government, but appointed by Beijing. When government got not enough money, Beijing takes care.
  Their governement leaders do not have top CEO salaries, and when the HK people see the need, millions of people can go on the street to protest.
  
  The question remains, are singapore govt offices overly luxuarious and is it necessary? remember, it is the people's money at their disposal. The whole government in HK, or for that matter any country, can spend like TT Durai, it still does not justify for the singapore govt to do the same!!!
