1. PRs cannot buy HDB apartments.
2. Singaporean students meeting minimum academic requirements should all be in the courses of choice.
3. All Singaporean recipients of scholarships cannot be bonded.
4. All tax-residents pay National security tax on income and re-distribute to NSF/NSman in service at market rates for such services - yet right to bearing arms is a citizen-only right.
5. COE rebates for NSF/NS man with families - skew sub-urban lifestyle (highest quality of life) to Singaporean families.
6. The only pathway to citizenship is through NS.
7. HDB apartments to be built minimum 1500 sq ft, 2500 sq ft for middle-middle class families, and leasehold changed to freehold - highest quality of life with living space equal to living in most suburbs of cities in countries larger than Singapore, and a permanent stake in Singaporean real estate.
8. Future free-trade agreements with foreign countries include that trans-national corporations must provide National treatment of Singaporean customers equal to what customers get in their home-countries. (especially retail customers)
9. Singaporeans can have dual-citizenship so that they can own assets elsewhere and be treated as Nationals .. .... enlarge individual asset/property base without foreign restrictions - Native born Singaporeans drew the short-straw when it came to land - greatest impact on quality of life. Aliens/PRs/new immigrants expressly not permitted to have dual citizenship.
10. All PRs/FTs/aliens need to register with the police, finger-printed, photographed, numbered and provide DNA samples and are potential terrorists until proven otherwise - Singaporeans need not carry NRIC at all times because it is their civil liberty to do so in their own country - they may be some Nazi like behavior in government if not ipped at the bud.
11. First generation/new immigrants cannot be the President.
12. If first generation immigrant wants to be president then curent rules for elected presidency applies. 13. Board of Censorship only apply to non-Singaporeans.
14. Aliens/FTs cannot comment on Singapore political issues at public forums ... ... Singaporeans can do so without fear of reprisals. Politicians filing law-suits during political discourse be automatically jailed for unconstitutional activities for disrupting freedom of speech.
Good luck trying to get these constituted. It appears people tend to forget how their ancestors arrived here.
