SM keep making speeches instead of PM ??

Elections is over, and the PAP has done 'reflections' over thier campaigning. But why is SM Goh the one making such speeches and other other MPs as well (about how PAP could have done better or will do better next time). Why isin't the party leader, PM Lee, making these comments? I am quite disturbed and puzzled by this. ... Can anyone comment on this??

It is an unusual sign, a prelude to major changes to come. If the economy is still not really improving. The only good mark on the report card is some GDP growth that does not benefit any one of the local domestic business.
Such a report card is not good at all. Property prices are not returning to normal, jobs are not created of the right number so there will be pain. This sort of pain cannot be endured for too long by a lot of people. 30, 000 families are behind in paying their utility bills.
Some real efforts will have to be made to upgrade the economy and create more new technology start-ups. To do the real works there will have to be some major shake-up or restructuring of the cabinet -

SM is trying to show he is still somebody especially when he fumbled in the recent election when he failed to take control of the 2 opposition wards after offering all the goodies the majority in these wards gave the PAP signals to which they cannot comprehend.

SM keep making speeches instead of PM because SM is still in total control of overall power? When PM was giving speech, i was wondering is the piece of paper which he was refering to while giving speech was prepared by his father?

With a poorer 2006 Election Result of 66.6% - (compared to the 2001 Elections) - from only the contested wards, PM LHL had little choice but to accept and lamely declare to have a 'STRONG MANDATE', and moved to confidently call for ALL SINGAPOREANS to unite after the Election.
SM GCT must have lost communication with his PM LHL, in continuing with the failed strategy of being a 'MINIMALIST' in the Wards "controlled" by the Alternative Parties.
This 'MINIMALIST" policy is nothing more then the stubborn strategy of holding back upgrading plans to entice the Electorates, instead of treating EVERY SINGAPOREAN WARD EQUALLY and FAIRLY.
It looks like the REAL LESSONS have not been learnt by the POWER OF ONE, after losing the Hougang and Potong Pasir Wards to the Alternative Parties. -

Mr Eric Low must be very caring about his eldery grassroot member and wanted them to retire. I just wondered how old is the grassroot members there. They should stay if they think they can still contribute.
