  Doi... Teenagers = juvenial court.... Juvenial courts don't send kids to jail...

  Yes, its a serious offence but pretty sure it doesn't warrant the death penalty.

  oh its becoz the other offenders were black,thats why the punishments were doubled..in this case,the girl was a chinese,hence the punishment were light.
