Move Paya Lebar airport to Tuas?

Move Paya Lebar airport to Tuas reclamation land, is it possible?
Paya lebar place is too close to Changi and downtown area,
if move to Tuas newly reclamation area, maybe no need to
ask Malaysia for open air space, and it's far away from city
and Changi airport. -
But paya lebar is an airbase, not an airport.

Paya Lebar Airport was considered inappropriate for the growth of a civil airport, and was moved to Changi.
Its continued use as an airbase is also questionable, especially with the flight paths crossing over residential, business and light industrial areas - which still suffer the noise pollution from the military jets and lumbering cargo planes, instead of civil passenger jets.
Moving Paya Lebar airbase to Tuas will be similarly complicating, as the flight path into Tengah airbase will run almost parallel to any airport at Tuas.
The only space in Tuas that can accomodate an airbase is the large expanse of reclaimed land at the south west corner of Singapore - forming a hook.
However, the area will need to expand further to give some width and length for at least a 3km runway.
Tengah airbase is bounded by the roads Choa Chu Kang-Ama Keng-Lim Chu Kang. -
they can try jurong island if they want to. then CBD's skyscrapers can soar beyond 280m.

Already SYFC (Aermodelling) is at AFS, the museumn is also at PLAB as well as the Aeromedical Ctr... Moving PLAB to Tuas is complicating

The map show above is not lastest one, does not show this second
long hook, which is already in 2002 streetdirectory map.
By the way, currently where does Sg government buy the sands for
land reclaimation? how is is the reclaimation progress now?
Maybe can over view from google earth.
If move airbase to Tuas, by selling the old airbase land to private company
for commerical development, government can earn quite a lot money
from this migration.
