'Spirituality' is too open, too general a category to speak of. Religious people can also live meaningful lives. In fact, Spirituality and Religion are not mutually exclusive, but must be in balance with one another. Religion without Spirituality is plain ritual, Spirituality without Religion is but empty talk. -
