A few true singapore INJUSTICE in kangaroo court

I was with my girlfriend of 4 years. She screwed around when I was busy with my A levels. When I confronted her with testimonies from my friends who had witnessed her kissing in public with another guy, she grew agitated and scolded me for intruding into her privacy.
The conflict grew intense over the next 1 weeks. EVeryday we quarrelled because she would meet the guy secretly and ignored my calls
One day, I got a call from the IO of one police station asking me to go down for a statement. I went and was shocked to find that my girlfriend had accused me of RAPE.
KNN. I was handcuffed and led by 6 police officers to my house in Jurong while my neighbours and parents were shocked. They assumed that I was guilty even though I did not even have sex with her for many weeks. ( I presume she must have been getting her daily injections from the guy )
I was almost charged in court.. but my parents went to my EX-gf house and knelt down in front of her outside her house, in front of so many others.. asking her to speak the truth and not get me into trouble. They were crying profusingly.
This whore subsequently told the police the truth that it was a pack of lies and that she only wanted to get back at me for scolding her a bitch 2 nights before and fucking around ( which is true )
For the 3 weeks, my life was in a mess.. being faced with a prospect of 20 years in prison and caning.
This incident taught me one important thing: In cases whereby gals accused guys based on their testimonties and not CCTV evidence, 90% of the time the guys could be innocent but the stupid system here make the guy's innocence almost impossible to prove. -

Is Singapore's legal system getting a bad name ? -
You can counter sue them for alleging rape or molest when it did not happen...
I think the girls can go to jail for that...
Next time must carry GPS tracker wherever you go, otherwise kena charge for rape/molest lppl...
