After three pages, I still don't see what's the link between the failure of one of Creative's products with this forum, which deals with politics.
Sounds more like a 'bitch-about-Creative's-products' session to me.

Correct me if i am wrong. Sim initial plan for zen is something like hack care with mkting focus on durability and quality of product. Recently Sim even hail a Zen on the floor to proof its durability. So Zen cant be that bad right or Creative will never overturn its situtation for it will have fail both its goals.

actually buy stuff alot depends one heng suay one
like u buy a car the remote might just happen to spoil on the first day of the air-con giv u prb.
but of course buy it from a more establish and re-know organisation to reduce these errors.
and for me i think creative is not a really nice brand to support. the only good thing about creative is their pc sound card. in all i think creative is a cheapskate brand.
i am a apple supporter but apple did really prove their product stand compare to creative. And APPLE speaks STYLE!. compare to the cheapskate creative....
not saying that all creative users are cheapskate and no style. i am just pointing at the product.

as i'm rather new. I see I'm not the only one with the bad experience with Creative here.
Of course we can't say ALL creative products are going to spoil soon. BUT if we hear about so many cases of their product going kapuut, it wouldn't give us too much reason to trust them do we?

the mp3 player hang on my 3rd day, guess i'm more sway that the threadstarter huh?
had not dropped on floor yet, and is too sian to bring it to their cust svc oso. called and their atitude is like i spoilt the mp3 player myself
