Slicing and dicing the mushrooms, and stir fry in a hot pan, use some virgin oil, and for sure you will find it worth all the effort when you bite into it .
Of course, you can take the easier way out, by skewering the mushroom, and add whatever condiments onto the skewer and flambe slowly over charcoal ambers.
Mushrooms are known parasitical plant, and it knows of no other way to live independently, except to 'leech off others' that are stronger then the mushrooms.
Mushrooms actually grow out of a collection of fungi.

"Stamp duty is a tax levied on instruments relating to the purchase or gift of immovable property, mortgages, tenancy or lease of immovable property, and transfer or gift of shares. It contributes towards the government's tax revenue, which is used for spending on Singapore's economic and social development.
A number of reliefs are available to businesses and individuals. For example, stamp duty relief is currently granted for both transfers of assets between associated companies and amalgamation of companies. In Budget 2005, PM and Minister for Finance announced that the stamp duty above $50 will be remitted so as to provide relief for bona fide aborted transactions. In Budget 2003, it was announced that leases with annual rents not exceeding $1,000 would be exempted from stamp duty from 1 Apr 2003.

Stamp Duties is only one out of a string of Direct and Indirect Taxes that Government depend on for its Revenues.
However, with ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED LAND COST dictated by the Government, and with this cost being further inflated to an even higher vaue with the imposition of Stamp Duties - this has resulted in the present day skewered Real Estate Values that has blown into a huge artificial bubble that affect all aspects of Singaporean Life.
Stamp Duties is an out-dated form of revenue collection and require the least effort and cost to administer - amidst a wide phletora of direct and indirect tax schemes that have already inflated the Singapore Reserves.
However, the Stamp Duty - and the other forms of Taxes - can be manipulated to help improve or moderate all basic costs that snowball into the High Cost of Living in Singapore.
With an extensive modern tax and revenue collection system that has blown up our National Reserves, is there a need to impose Stamp Duties that places additional burdens to the Basic Costs to Singaporeans ? -

By reviewing or even cancelling out Stamp Duty or Estate Duty altogether, it does not affect Government Revenue in any major way, as there are other newer sources of revenues that the Government has created, which has brought larger amount of revenues than these two forms of taxes. -
