but grad level.. these Uni are top 30 in many areas, like Engineering, medicine, Biological Sci, Public Affairs, Comp Sci, Psychology, Business, Architecture, Law.
in some areas those above Uni are ranked top 10 at Graduate Level.
And U can easily find scholars from Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore studying for their Phd in those Uni above.
