James Gomez could not fill in a election form properly 5 years ago.
In the 2006 election ,he framed up Election Department staff
that they lost his form.
In fact he did not submit the form at all.How can a PhD candidate can not perform these simple tasks?

, including Article 19, are widely regarded as having
acquired legal force as customary international law since
its adoption in 1948.17 Singapore is therefore obliged to
respect the right to freedom of opinion and expression.
