Govt's feedback unit all have standard templates.......cut, paste then edit. I wonder why people even wana work there.....it's so stifling doing that all day long.
I think the govt's purpose is to create a frustration vent to prevent the bottleneck explosion scenario.....but it is also a tool to protect the their image. There's always a dual purpose action.
Just like cigarettes, they raise tobacco taxes and then say it's because they want to discourage smoking but hell.....they are earning more than ever from those increases. -
I think it is another one of those 'blah-blah-blah' and then they 'blah-blah-blah' back in reply, and nothing gets done or solved.
Why bother to ask people for feedback when they think they're always RIGHT about everything?
You go to the Feedback Unit website, and you can see someone wrote in regarding HDB flats, and there's a reply - it simply says there's nothing wrong, and nothing you can do change things!
WHAT THE HECK FOR???

If pap ban cigarettes just like chewing gum. I will salute to them...and will vote for pap definitely.
But you know what....? The ban of cigarettes will never be possible...why? Because they want more and more money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ as to satisfy their multi-million dollars salaries and justify their next salary increment (I guessed very soon). -
