Falungong being oppressed in Singapore?

I read from the above web that 10 international lawyers wrote a letter to LKY saying that Singapore is oppressing falungong and ask the government to stop the oppression. How valid is that? -

as long as there are 4 person in a gathering, police can take action. thus i cant say whether singapore govt are oppressing or not. next time you decide to bring whole family for dinner, careful of police, they can catch you for illegal gathering wihtout permit. go police post apply permit before family outing.
we have too big a china FTs here to tackle now, the less we need is another kungfu from china to create another social problem.

ask them dont talk so much crap...
if they feel oppressed ask them go back China...dont come singapore and kao peh kao bu.
