Actually I'm wondering, what if some S'poreans actually meet up with the delegates on the streets or in the hotels and tell them that SG is actually totally f**ked up beyond all repair and that we are not what we seem to be.What sort of image will they take away with them.
Honestly...why put up those ugly barricades with bard wire and razor blades?If I were the delegates, I would feel like I'm being imprisoned instead of being welcome. If you wanna take security measures, why not deploy the various Armoured units with their BXs, Ultras and AMX13s perhaps to help riot control, they should not just use RSAF choppers for observation, they should bring out the shiny new Apaches and load them up and have them fly CAP over Suntec. Declare Martial Law in SG, with curfew and all that just to make the delegates feel safe.

Count me out. I admire his testicular fortitude for going up against the odds. But he's a bit too extreme sometimes. He shouldn't be a politician, more likely and activist.
