Is it me or is it just the way it is?
Why do I see more and more reports saying how good the current governance is? If so, then S'pore is really a 95% problem free nation. That's gd!

Those two glowing reports were specially boxed on the front page of CNA's website for immediate attention.
Now, should we wonder why the other less glowing report - by IMF warning that : 'Singapore may enjoy slower economic growth next year' - was placed in the continuing page of a list of news concerning Singapore ?
Should we by cynical of the motives behind this arrangement ? -
