he's trying to tell the gahmen to answer what the opp wants them to answer. the chij article there is just there for comparison, the real message is to the gahmen that s'pore image has being already harmed and they shud do something about it.

I think he believes in the current ruling government but disagree with their lawsuits manner of resolving issue and attempt to suggest an alternative in a very mild manner.
