1.sg govt breaks another world records by insert flyer in PUB bills
to ask every household to stock up 2 weeks of foods,
saying the foods will be useful if pple have to stay at home in an emergency.
,but the ministry of Trade and Industry did not specify what kind of emergency.

have u recalled any govt in history asks people to do this during
peace time?
2.MRT TRAIN BLAST ---SO scary
another scary message is the video clip shown in MRT station.
''terrorist'' planting a ''bomb'' in MRT carriages before
he use handphone to activate it ,when he is far away from the mrt.

and the bomb really go off---so scary.
Another poster in MRT station shows an old time bomb hidden in bag just
make me laugh.The grand mum era bomb shall be
replaced by home made bomb or C4 to make it more
convincing.
there is another clip just show the trains blasts in Spain,London and
India recently and remind people here just be careful.It shows
a terrorist in MRT train walk away from his bags quickly despite
other passengers reminds him to take it.
Passengers pushed the red emerengency and talk to the drivers.
WHAT IS THE MESSAGE?

the present danger is the food we eat.. a silent terrorist in its own rights with a massive power to destroy you slowly and unknowingly through the blood that flows through u.
so who is the greater evil? -
perhaps they received words of terrorists attacks but do not want to tell us.

Is this exercise to help NTUC and INTRACO to clear all stocks with a remaining shelf life of six months to a year ?
Stocking up foodstuff for two weeks will require the use over the next four weeks, and rotating this stock with newer stock, so that the emergency stock will always be from recent productions -

Is the food stocking advices related to NKorea nuke test?

The call to stock up on dry foods was made way before any reports of North Korea's having successfully conducted nuclear fusion test.
Seriously, do you believe that China, USA, Russia, Japan and South Korea - the main players in North Asia - will allow North Korea to move beyond its noisy sabre-rattling shadow play ?
The United Nation will respond even harder towards North Korea than to Iran, simply because North Korea is not a major oil supplier to the world, and has no further support from any other countries that will come to its aid if another UN led confrontation should ensue.
North Korea is simply becoming an outcast in the world community, especially when its traditional allies in China and Russia will not tolerate any attempts by North Korea to threaten the stability of their economic environment.
What can be the purpose of this sudden Singapore call to stock up food ?
Are we in any immediate confrontation with anyone from our neighborhood ?
In any case, without a public call from the POWER OF ONE, most families already stock up some quantities of dry and canned food.
Can the reason be that the economy is slowing down after a spurt in the first quarter of the year, and that the economic forcast may not be achieved despite the efforts from all the highly paid Ministers and scholars employed ?
With a Singapore population of 4.5 million, and approximately four in each home, it will mean that one million household will be spending at least a minimum sum of S$50, which will suddenly inject $50 million into the economy; or any other higher amounts.
Either the government throws in its money to pump prime the economy, or it encourages economic activity by increased domestic consumption, which kick-start the economy.
Singaporeans are already economic digits in the master economic plans of the POWER OF ONE, do we need to be unthinkingly slavish to every public call made at any sudden whim and fancy of some Minister ? -

and we all know where it starts

Obviously that is why the population is being increased rapidly over the past few years.
To increase the demand for property, basic necessities etc in the country.
Only then can prices rise and profits be made by the stat boards like HDB, NTUC etc.
But obviously the people at the top do not realise or choose to ignore the potential catastrophic problem of over population given the severe limitations of space and resources in Singapore.
I guess most of them will not be around when the shit hits the fan.
