I don't understand the "definition" of a "freak" result... if PAP win, they have a "mandate", if PAP lost, it is a "freak" result.
The only cause for PAP to "lose" is when another political party of group of political parties win more then 50% of the seats....
If that is the case, the people's mandate is no longer with PAP. and when that happen, that is a "freak" result.
What arrogance!
