Like the one living directly above me. Crying and screaming daily for years already. I wanted to call the police but my parents flat out opposed the idea. I think they fear the parents are psycho(they're mainland chinese) and will cause us harm when they find out we're the ones who reported them.

Sometime last week, my mom-in-law-to-be spotted a girl being dragged into a dumpster area by 2 indian guys @ Woodlands area. She immediately called the police. The officer put her on hold for a while, then picked up the line and said, "Ah, Auntie, no problem. We are filming crimewatch."
If only she had been there to witness the actual event on that fateful day... -
