I think it depends how fast CYC, Crocodile & Three Rifles can manufacture 4 million black long sleeves shirts, Believe you have to wear one or else you will be fine about $20000 or go to jail for 6 months with hard labour but for sure no caning yet. Cabinet have not passed this law yet. Have not seen the new Miscellaneous ACT yet, maybe already passed as law in one of the Chapter and sub-chapter of the Miscellaneous Act. Believe Singapore is the Only Country in the World with this kind of ACT call Miscellaneous ACT.
