YEs, this is very true The JC system just changed into a messy system this yr ... and it is a mess. Schools are wonder, how to teach, how much to teach. Whether or not it will bring education in Singapore to new heights will depend on the students' ability to adapt. If they aren't, the policy is just an utter failure.
