Should Derek Wee sue Ms Wee Shu Min?
As our leaders have taught us, say sorry no cure, complain also no cure. Best is to sue.
Ms Wee Shu Min said, "i am inclined - too much, perhaps - to dismiss such people as crackpots. stupid crackpots. the sadder class. too often singaporeans - both the neighborhood poor and the red-taloned socialites - kid themselves into believing that our society, like most others, is compartmentalized by breeding. ridiculous. we are a tyranny of the capable and the clever, and the only other class is the complement.
dear derek is one of many wretched, undermotivated, overassuming leeches in our country, and in this world. one of those who would prefer to be unemployed and wax lyrical about how his myriad talents are being abandoned for the foreigner's, instead of earning a decent, stable living as a sales assistant. it's not even about being a road sweeper. these &$$!bags don't want anything without "manager" and a name card."
As a good citizen, Mr Wee must sue. If he doesn't sue, it means that must be some truth in that he is a crackpot, undermotivated and will prefer to be unemployed and will prefer to "be friggin communist".
You think this is the US of A ah, suka suka insult people? Mr Wee must follow the good example of our leaders and protect his reputation. -

At least it will give people pause for thought the next time they come into contact with a govt scholar...many continue to extend unworthy respect to such 'scholars' merely by name when they hardly know them or are familiar with their ability.

She is just inside some scholars' program in her school ... That doesn't really qualitfy her as a scholar. Perhaps one could say, her 12 years of education is going down the drain ...

I believe that when you did your GP at 'A' Levels, your tutor would have told you to write concisely and simply to the point.

i think he should resign from party and concentrate how to teach proper values to her $%&^* daughter. -

Given the Wees' replies to Derek's piece (which obviously strikes a note with most Singaporeans), who's afraid of the brutal truth? The person who's faced with survival in an increasingly difficult environment, or the one who denies that he and his cronies have screwed the pooch and created that environment?
