  One ought to be extremely careful with Dr M, he is the human equivalent of Sang Kanchil.
  
  Now did he suffer a "minor" heart attack?
  
  Or he needs the respite from attacks against him to gather more ammunition against PM Abdullah for the comming annual UMNO meeting?
