Can CDAC waive the fees for membership ?

  CDAC is given much authority to deduct from your paycheck without asking for your for permission . Its Opt-up scheme like CPF style. Take first opt-out later!
  
  Can CDAC considers waving the membership fee to all students who use the service after all it is charity-organisation?
  
  Is the criteria for tution - gross per capita income: below $500 still have to pay $30/-?
  
  $500/- gross per capital income still not low enough??confused??

  should Sporeans scale down the contributions to of CDAC whose reseves in Endowment Fund have S$40,355,363/- and S$10,378,842/- of operation funds as at 31/12/2005 ?
