Wasn't Life Expectancy Recently Reported as Longer??

  Four other sudden deaths in last 2 months

  THERE have been other cases recently of seemingly healthy people dying suddenly in their sleep.
  
  On 24 Oct, the day he turned 16, secondary school student Danil Shagimardanov was found dead in his bed by his family. They had entered his bedroom to wish him happy birthday.
  
  Three days later, Dr Christopher Lim, 35, died suddenly. The father of four apparently had a seizure in the early morning hours.
  
  On 13 Nov, Mr Soh Chee Yong, 25, a store manager, died in his sleep. His mother had woken him up for work that morning, but he went back to sleep and never woke up again.
  
  Four days later, Dr Toh Wei Keong, 32, a general practitioner, also died in his sleep.
  
  None of these individuals had a history of heart problems or a family history of sudden deaths.

  These are some of the minority cases in Singapore lah. But generally, with good standard of living, people does live longer.

  if i remember correctly it was reported about 30 - 80 ppl died died yearly of unexplained deaths.

Most deaths were caused by cardiovascular conditions, while 3 per cent of these cases had no known cause."
