How to compare like this?? Prostitution is LEGAL in Singapore. Only soliciting customers in public is not. We have alot of social problems, just that we don't admit them as much as western countries... we've always pretended we're a sqeaky clean country.. in fact, we are a so-called 1st world country but have only begun to recognize and publicize some of our own social problems very recently.. most foreigners who've lived here long enough will tell you this as well.

That aside... If a person has already lived / studied in a particular country before deciding to migrate to that destination, who are you to tell them otherwise? Why are you so offended at the idea that some Singaporeans live happier elsewhere?

How come Singapore still has no nobel science prize winners then despite its high standard of education ? And those 2 countries have produced nobel science prize winners? Is there something wrong with the Singaporean education system then?
