corporate criminal responsibility in SG

  Is there a corporate criminal responsibility in Singapore under any of Singaporean laws eg. Companies Act?
  SG Penal Code gives description of the word "person" as any company, or association or body of persons, whether incorporated or not.
  Does this formula include corporations?

  that definition was given in 1871, and at that time corporate criminal responsibility didn't exist.
  
  I'm not a specialist in SG law and just interested on what Act regulates this topic.
  
  As for the word "person" it is applicable eg for murder or rape though a corporation could never commit such crime.
