They usually think that their English is so good that they use it to mock or talk sarcastically to those who's language ability is not so strong. Their pompous behaviour is most intolerable. And I can tell you this: Most of the only English-speaking Chinese are snobs - about 95%

Luckily I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. (In the chinatown of other cities such as Vancouver and San Francisco, Cantonese is the default language. In fact, the number of Cantonese speakers around the world is around 70 million, more than many national languages such as Polish, Swedish, Thai, etc...)
