  its a charitable, self-help organisation.CDAC auto deduct from your paycheck.
  
  Yesterday reported in s.t forum, CEO (Dr Lee) of Thye Hua Kwan moral society get a pay of $7,100 per month.

  as compared to government salary - it is the salary of an executive who've been working for say.. 6- 8 years.
  
  Think would be similar to private. Some MNCs pay this amount to executive staff working say 5 years.
  
  I dont know what the market rate is for CEOs, but perhaps about 10 - 15K ba.
  
  So, do you feel that people who work in sectors that deals with community work/charitywork should have a salary about 50% or less of people who work in commercial sectors - because they don't contribute to the economy?
