My point is , Given the widening "Income-Gap", Singapore is soon to become a place "not-procreation friendly" Since non-income producing dependents are also taxed at 7%.
There is also no other lower cost "Rural-Facilities" for the lower income groups let alone for somebody who managed to fetch an 'slightly above average job" paying at 3K. -
