Don't tell me the OG guy kanna arrested & got his punishment because of a mistake & this Durai guy, who take so much more than a pack of singlets still not sentence yet? -

I think the kidney patients shoud sue NKF for the real cost of their treatment!!!!

This month, they are in civil court for return of $12m that was allegedly misused by the former-board of NKF.
In Feb, Durai will under another: criminal corruption charge.
Sentencing can include imprisonment.
From CNA:
"After this civil case is over, Mr Durai will have to be present in court at the end February to face two criminal charges. During the three week trial, he will have to answer to charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He has been charged with intent to deceive NKF by submitting false documents. Yes, and as this is a civil case there will be no imprisonment even if Durai loses and cannot pay. CPIB will have to make its case of corruption in separate criminal proceedings. Your statement 'this is a clear cut case of "siphoning"' is inappropriate as the case is subjudice. It's surprising how many Singaporeans do not believe in the principles of a fair trial and yet accuse the legal system of the lack of transparency. -

I hve been cheated/fooled so many times and the bad guys would either went bankrupt or suffered from serious illness, I also cant explain why???
