"I AM no relative or friend of Mr Archie Ong and Mr Piragasam Singaravelu, nor of a third person, a woman, who sent e-mail about irregularities in the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) under former CEO T. T. Durai.
All these persons were whistle-blowers for just one reason: that money donated by the public should not be used illegally.
Because they were persons of limited means to defend themselves against the old NKF, they paid defamation damages to avoid financial catastrophe.
So, why is no move made to have Mr Durai pay back all the damages he obtained unjustly from these persons?
Also, whatever damages NKF received, if any, should be paid back.
Judging by the talk in coffee shops and elsewhere, the public expects Mr Durai and NKF to do the decent thing - repay these three persons and apologise.

Durai has conceded and so these three persons have been vindicated. -

What had Mrs Peanut been doing during these period, was she involved with any of the projects? Why her timing of resignation so accurate? Is that enough to leave her out of all the investigation and prosecution or because of the husband?

If Durian declare bankrupt by not paying, is there anyway to trace where all his money goes to? If he is the only one working in the family, can all the money and properties under the name of his whole family be frozen so that he cannot transfer everything to others and declare bankrupt.
I have ask my lawyer and his reply to me is Bankruptcy now in this land is only 3 YEARS, which means after 3 years you will be back to normal. If he had already transfer everything, then 3 years later he can just transfer everything back and still enjoy good life with all the dirty money he had gained.
So dont be fool by our kangeroo court if thats the outcome. The justice i hope to see is at least see him Jailed (for the next prosecution, not the current one), hand out all the money and properties under the name of him and his family. I know it is the wish of everyone but it is just impossible. -
