My advice is to you is don't try any emigration agent which tells you to invest .
If you have a required skill - you don't need one. You just got to go to the website www.immi.gov.au and look for the forms and the point calculations. 120 is the current mark - if you go above that mark for skill - your chances are better as someone who paid thousands to go through an agent.
That is how I got in WITHOUT an agent. Just pay for application fee and lawyer's fees to get your qualifications certified.
