Scholar system will deem to exist [b] That is very true!!! Yes it is very disappointed that our scholars did not perform as expected. The problem in spore is that there are too few opportunity to do big things and too many ppl wanting the opportunity. By the time I know a person performance is good, it would be too late. What we really need is a system that can efficiently pick up real potential talents, not just relying heavily on scholar system
